Sterling Lakes HOA covers / maintains certain services with the monthly dues. This includes the following
- House Painting Every 7-8 Years (next house painting 2032/2033)
- Roof Cleaning Every 2 Years (next roof cleaning 2027)
- Alarm Monitoring Services (currently using ADT)
- Landscaping: Mowing of lawns, trimming of bushes, weed / turf chemicals & fertilizers, removal of dead / sick trees, annual tree trimming
- Pest (Rodent) control (1 time a month)
- Iguana control (on an as needed basis)
- Community Pool – This is managed by the Aberdeen Lakes Association which we are 1 of 4 communities
- Guard House / Service – This is managed by the Aberdeen Lakes Association which we are 1 of 4 communities
- Cable TV / Phone & Internet – Option of Triple Play or TV Only – This is managed by the Aberdeen POA Master Association (currently Xfinity)
