HOA Board Meeting

We meet as needed 3-4 times per year.
Notices will be posted 48 hours prior to the meeting.

Landscaping Information

Irrigation: Top Cut will look at irrigation issues 2 times a month

Weed Control: Top Cut will spray the weeds 1 time a month.

Mowing: Top Cut will mow the lawns approximately every week during the spring/summer season.

Trimming: Top Cut will trim bushes approximately 1 time a month.
